Cody the Dog needs a home
This little guy has a personality plus! Even though he is considered a "senior", he still has a very playful streak and keeps up with much younger dogs in play. He has a little bit of the "little dog" syndrome and thinks he should be top dog, so he has to be introduced slowly to new dogs. But once acquainted, he is such a playful guy, even bringing toys up to other dogs to try to get them to engage in chance or tug-a-war. He very is much a lap dog too. As soon as you are ready to settle in for some TV, he is going to be right by your side. Cody's favorite thing to do is to jump on your lap and then slowly backup until he finds the perfect little snuggle-hole between you and the couch. He loves to sleep under the covers at night, but doesn't hog the bed. He is house and create trained and currently uses the doggy door like a champ. We haven't had him around cats, so we don't know how he would be with them. Cody has been around kids and has done fine. Cody has heart worms but is currently being treated.
